Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Togethy at togethy.team ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Togethy ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of service

Togethy is a team management platform for recreational tennis teams, primarily USTA league teams. It provides tools for match scheduling, player availability tracking, lineup management, score recording, and team communication via notifications.

3. Account eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Togethy.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed.

4. Subscription and billing

  • Free trial — New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. Each person is entitled to one free trial; subsequent subscriptions are billed from day one.
  • Subscription price — After the trial, a monthly subscription fee applies per user, billed monthly. Current pricing is displayed on the subscription page within the app.
  • Billing — Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
  • Failed payments — If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. Your account access may be suspended until payment is resolved.
  • Price changes — We will give at least 30 days notice before increasing the subscription price.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to spam or harass other users.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any team or organization.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you create in Togethy (team names, match data, availability responses, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process this content solely to operate the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your data.

7. Termination

You may stop using Togethy at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. We may retain your data for up to 30 days after termination before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

8. Disclaimers

Togethy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. Tennis scheduling is complex — always verify important match details through your official league channels.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Togethy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including missed matches, scheduling errors, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
