1. Who we are

Togethy ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Togethy platform at togethy.team — a team management app designed for USTA recreational tennis teams. We help captains and players coordinate schedules, availability, and lineups in one place.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following information when you use Togethy:

Account information — your name, email address, and profile photo, provided when you sign in with Google.
Profile information — optional fields you fill in, such as phone number and NTRP rating.
Team and match data — teams you belong to, matches you are scheduled for, your availability responses, and lineups you are included in.
Usage data — pages you visit, actions you take within the app, and error logs (collected via Sentry).
Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status only.
Push notification tokens — if you opt in to push notifications, we store your browser push subscription to deliver alerts.

3. How we use your information

To create and manage your account.
To enable team coordination features (scheduling, availability, lineups, notifications).
To process subscription payments through Stripe.
To send transactional emails (match updates, availability reminders, lineup notifications) via Resend.
To send push notifications to your device when you opt in.
To detect and fix errors through Sentry error monitoring.
To understand how the app is used so we can improve it.

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Togethy:

Google OAuth — for sign-in authentication.
Stripe — for subscription billing and payment processing.
Resend — for sending transactional emails.
Supabase — for database hosting (your data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database).
Vercel — for hosting the application.
Sentry — for error monitoring and crash reporting.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and team data for as long as your account is active. If you stop using Togethy, your data remains stored unless you request deletion. To request account deletion, email us at admin@togethy.team and we will remove your data within 30 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data (you can update most profile information directly in the app).
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Opt out of push notifications at any time (in your profile settings or device settings).
Opt out of email notifications by adjusting your notification preferences in the app.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure database hosting, and limited access controls. However, no system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

8. Children

Togethy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the app. Continued use of Togethy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
